How long will it take to receive my order?

UNFRAMED orders are estimated to SHIP within 5 business days.  Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you.  FRAMED orders are estimate to ship within 5-7 business days. 

Do you ship worldwide?

 Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries.  If you have any issues, during the shipping process, please contact us and we'll figure out a solution asap.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

If the order is less than $1000 then no signature will be needed.  If the order is over $1000, then a signature will be required.

Can I cancel my order?

Prints go out very soon after the purchase is made.  Please contact us asap and we will try our best to cancel but if the order has already gone out, we cannot cancel it.

Do you offer framing? 

Yes!  We offer affordable custom framing.  You can see more details on our framing process here.  Framed orders are estimated to ship with 2 weeks from order date.

How is my order shipped?

Prints 16X20 or smaller are shipped in flat white cardboard mailers.  Prints larger than 16X20 are shipped in white cardboard tubes.  Our shipping carriers are either FedEx or USPS and we will send a tracking number once the order has been shipped.  We take every precaution to ensure the prints do not get damaged during the shipping process.  (Note: When the tube arrives, take great care when opening or allow your framing professional to open.) Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days.  You can see more details here on our returns pageDo note, we do not accept returns on framed pieces.  All framed pieces are custom framed and non-returnable.  HOWEVER, if you are truly not satisfied with your framed print, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right!  We are committed to great customer service!

What if my print was damaged in the delivery process?

In the rare instance your print was damaged in transit, please contact us and we can set up a return and provide a replacement.

What if my order was lost in transit?

If your order was lost in transit by one of our carriers, please report it to the shipping carrier with your tracking number then contact us here.

Can I get a custom sized print made?

If you are interested in a custom size larger than what we offer, please contact us here.  We sometimes create very limited editions of extra large prints. 

What is a limited edition?

 A limited edition is a fixed number of prints at a specific size.  For example, an edition of 50 means that only 50 prints at that size will be printed.  Once the edition is sold out, it is closed and no more prints will be made available at that size.  As an edition gets closer to selling out, the price of that edition gets higher.  Our limited edition prints come with a certificate of authenticity which is signed and numbered by Randal Ford.

What is a certificate of authenticity?

We include a beautifully designed certificate of authenticity with both limited and open editions.  The certificate includes the artist signature, title and edition number, if applicable.  We suggest placing the certificate on the back of the framed piece in an envelope.

What type of paper do you print on? 

We use German based manufacturer Hahnemühle’s Photo Rag Baryta paper.  It is 100% cotton based and has a hefty weight of 315GSM.  This paper is arguably the finest printing paper in the world.  See more detail on our printing process here.

How do I care for my print?

We recommend keeping the print enclosed in the glassine covering it was shipped in until the image is framed.  In particular, for larger prints we recommend being extremely cautious when unrolling the print as damage may occur if not careful.  Ideally the larger prints should be unrolled by the framer.  Finally, we recommend perfect mounting on foam board when framing images larger than 11X14.

Can you make a donation to my charity?

Do you license images for commercial purposes?
Yes we do!  If you are interested in licensing an image for commercial purposes, please contact us here.
Can I use images on this website for my blog, website, business cards, desktop background, etc? 

No.  All images on this site are copyrighted by Randal Ford and registered with the United States Copyright office.  We will take immediate legal action on any unauthorized usage or copyright infringement and seek punitive damages to the utmost extent of the law.

Can I commission you to photograph my animal?
Yes! If you feel like your animal is trained enough to sit through a studio session, we would love to discuss a commissioned portrait.  Randal Ford's fees for a commission start at $5000 and could vary slightly depending on the travel distance from Austin, TX.  Please contact us for a detailed estimate.
